For vehicles with a total weight of up to 1,000 kilograms, the drive system ErgoMove 1000 is suitable. It impresses with simple Plug & Play installation and is suitable for speeds up to four kilometers per hour.

Blickle is participating in the AMB in Stuttgart with its own booth for the first time and will showcase its extensive range of efficient solutions for internal logistics from September 10th to 14th. The highlights at booth EO547 (East Entrance) include the electric drive systems of the ErgoMove series.

Logistical processes are complex, coordinated, and highly automated to ensure goods are transported quickly and reliably from point A to point B. The electric drive systems of the ErgoMove brand facilitate internal material transport. They support the operator in starting, steering, and braking applications of all kinds. This significantly reduces physical effort and thus improves working conditions. The electric drives also excel in terms of workplace safety. Blickle offers a modular kit system with ErgoMove, which equips transport vehicles, machines, and systems of all kinds with electric drive, steering, and braking support via Plug & Play. The portfolio, consisting of control and drive systems as well as accessories, is now even more comprehensive and intuitive.

The right drive for every application

The versatile ErgoMove product portfolio includes suitable models for a wide range of applications and load capacities. The ErgoMove 500 series is characterized by its compact design and can be easily integrated into the smallest spaces for loads up to 500 kilograms using the Plug & Play process. The adjustable power levels ensure optimal driving characteristics regardless of the weight of the cart. The ErgoMove 1000 series, designed for loads up to 1,000 kilograms, offers a wide range of control and drive concepts and impresses with the highest level of user comfort and intuitiveness. Additionally, the ErgoMove 1000 series sets standards in safety technology and can also be easily integrated into various applications via Plug & Play. For industrial applications and special machine construction with loads up to 2,000 kilograms, the ErgoMove 2000 is available. The EM2000T variant allows towing operations up to 16 km/h. The ErgoMove 4000 completes the product range and is ideal for heavyweights and systems weighing up to four tons.
