The mobile fog generator CFG 291 is used to produce a highly visible, stationary fog for visualizing airflow. It combines the compact design of the predecessor model CFG 290 with optimized fluid guidance and a newly developed evaporator.

The fog generator is primarily used during initial commissioning and routine inspections of cleanroom technology systems according to ISO 14644 standards or corresponding VDI 2083-3 guidelines, to detect leaks in transition areas of cleanroom elements, to verify the presence of laminar displacement airflow, or to visualize the overpressure level of cleanrooms.
