Inocon expands its product portfolio with new linear axes and clamping connectors made from high-quality, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The new Inocon components can be cleaned wet if necessary, thanks to their optimized geometry and durable materials. Therefore, they are suitable, among other things, for use in food-related production where hygienic design is not required, but wet cleaning cannot be ruled out.

Inocon offers a variety of pipe clamp connectors for all application cases. In combination with round and square tubes, pipe constructions such as frames, support arms, or enclosures can be assembled flexibly, easily, and quickly.

For some time now, Inocon has been offering various pipe clamp connectors made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, which are geometrically optimized to allow liquids to flow out quickly and unobstructed. This enables, in exceptional cases, the wet cleaning of the components, for example, if a pre-filled beverage carton in a packaging machine has been damaged.

Seals now available in blue

All stainless steel clamp connectors supplied with clamp holes of Ø 30 or 50 mm, such as the cross clamp connector KE, are also available with a seal that additionally protects against stagnation. Inspired by hygienic design, Inocon now offers a blue seal. These are particularly preferred in food-related production because they can be visually identified.

New flexible linear units made of stainless steel

In addition to pipe clamp connectors, Inocon is expanding its portfolio with flexible linear units, which are completely made of stainless steel and can be equipped with two to eight drain holes if desired. These ensure the safe drainage of cleaning media during wet cleaning. With these linear units, the carriage can move to various positions, enabling flexible format adjustments, as required, for example, in packaging machines. Upon request, the adjustment unit is also supplied with FDA-compliant (Food & Drug Administration) lubricants.
