Fette Compacting takes over British distributor EuroPharma

Fette Compacting, the world's leading provider of high-performance machines and solutions for tablet manufacturing and capsule filling in the pharmaceutical industry, is taking over its distribution partner for Great Britain and Ireland, the company EuroPharma Machinery Ltd., from the founders Geraint Llewelyn and Stuart Waterhouse.

The acquisition is part of a long-term succession plan. Llewelyn remains managing director, and Waterhouse continues to serve as an advisor. The company in Bordon, East Hampshire, will continue to operate under the existing name. All jobs will be retained. The distribution partnership between EuroPharma and Bausch + Ströbel, a specialist machinery manufacturer for filling and packaging systems, will be continued.
