CiK Solutions expands its product range with Farrar Ultra-High Temperature Cooling Solutions. FARRAR is a pioneer in air convection cooling for maximum performance, safety, and efficiency in cold storage. The Ultra Low Chamber (ULC) and 'Pallet' Ultra Low Chamber (ULC-P) have been developed for pharmaceutical and life sciences applications and are the only -20°C to -80°C freezers with recirculating air cooling for ultra-low temperatures on the market today.

The chambers offer fully redundant systems (control, cooling, airflow) as well as optimized material handling through optional shelving systems or material transport carts.

Especially suitable for large product volumes, the FARRAR cooling chambers enable quick, efficient, and sustainable cold storage. Designed as a reach-in solution, the chambers have a capacity of up to 8,806 liters within a footprint of just a few square meters, saving 50% of floor space compared to conventional freezers. Depending on the chamber configuration, even standard Euro pallets can be stored.

The chambers provide unmatched temperature homogeneity with an accuracy of +/-3.0°C thanks to their unique recirculating air system. These devices are among the best energy-efficient ULT freezers on the market and are ENERGY STAR® certified (ULC-190 = 0.3 kWh/cu. ft.)
