In today's era, cleanrooms are an indispensable part of adapting to the ever-increasing quality requirements. What was once handled differently depending on the industry and region is now classified into clearly defined ISO cleanroom classes according to EN ISO 14644-1. The various classes are based on the number of airborne particles allowed in the cleanroom.

Cleanrooms are used in microelectronics manufacturing, laboratories, the food industry, and many other fields. The company TBH has been active in this segment for many years and offers a wide range of exhaust systems for the different processes for ISO classes 3, 5, 7, and 9. Thanks to TBH's well-known modular design, contamination-free filter changes are possible within the CR series, which can be carried out directly in the cleanroom.

Additional advantages include various filter configurations, such as the "Z" filter package, which includes a large Z-line panel filter (F7) as a pre-filter and a downstream particulate filter (HEPA filter H14). This package is used for applications with high fine dust emissions. For cleanroom processes involving dampers or gaseous molecules, the "A" filter package is employed. This includes both an activated carbon filter and the downstream particulate filter. An additional "police filter," mounted on the exhaust panel and also a particulate filter (H13), can be installed upon customer request.

Regardless of the filter configuration, there are different versions of the CR series, such as the CR-LN 230, CR-LN 265, or the CR-GL 230 and CR-GL 265. Each of these CR units is infinitely adjustable. They primarily differ in their suction capacity and filter area. All CR devices from TBH are made of stainless steel, facilitating easy cleaning of the units and meeting additional quality standards.
