Expert Forum at parts2clean with a diverse program

With more than 50 lectures, the parts2clean forum offers a unique knowledge platform on all topics related to parts and surface cleaning. The content design has once again been taken over by the Cleaning Business Unit at Fraunhofer. All lectures are interpreted into English and streamed live. This significantly increases the reach of the forum, as all international interested parties who cannot travel to Stuttgart can participate virtually.

The leading trade fair for industrial parts and surface cleaning at the Stuttgart exhibition grounds offers a current overview of trends and challenges in the industry over all three days of the fair with a varied and user-oriented forum program.

The Tuesday begins with lectures on the fundamentals of industrial cleaning processes. Experts inform, for example, about parts cleaning from a business perspective, the role of surfactants in aqueous cleaning systems, or the latest applications in ultrasound technology. Afterwards, selected exhibitors have the opportunity to present their products on the forum stage. Then, the forum focuses on innovations related to cleaning methods, plant technology, chemistry, drying, and load carriers. Topics include "Resource-efficient spray cleaning inspired by nature," "Efficient particle filtration through system design based on pressure loss and filter area," or "Laser surface technology in electromobility."

The trade fair Wednesday starts with the topic "Challenges caused by film contamination." The VDI explains a new guideline for testing film contamination. Furthermore, there will be information about wafer cleaning with megasonics in tiny structures as well as fully automated and precise inline cleaning with hot-active plasma. During the lunch break, again, selected exhibitors will present their products, and afterwards, the focus is on cleaning for medical and pharmaceutical technology. Topics include "Particles on medical devices – current state and the art" or "Efficient and process-safe cleaning of parts from medical technology."

Thursday morning focuses on analytics and technical cleanliness. Topics include measurement technology for manual and automatic monitoring, the combination of multiple measurement methods for surface analysis, or the quantitative verification of ultrasound baths through cavitation measurement. Afterwards, companies present their products, and then everything revolves around automation and digitalization. Topics include "Predictive maintenance in industrial washing technology," "Automated cleanliness testing in practical use," or "Improvement of technical cleanliness through advanced image processing techniques."
