Expansion of management at the beginning of 2021

In addition to Alexandra Laufer-Müller, Tobias Bausch and Tobias Drixler are now also responsible as managing directors for the business of the wet process plant manufacturer from Donaueschingen-Aasen.

"I am very pleased about the expansion of the management team," says Alexandra Laufer-Müller, who founded AP&S International GmbH together with shareholder Horst Hall in 2003 and has now been at the helm of the company for over 18 years. "In recent years, the company has developed very well. The workforce has steadily grown. With the expanded management team, we want to continue this growth." Both colleagues appointed to the management team come from our company. They bring valuable experience, the necessary expertise, and excellent knowledge of our target markets, customers, products, and corporate culture," Laufer-Müller continues.

Tobias Bausch will be responsible as managing director for the areas of Marketing & Sales, Product Management, Process and Product Engineering, as well as Mechanical and Electrical Design. The married father has been with AP&S since 2007. In 2015, he took on the position of Sales & Marketing Director, and in 2019, he assumed the role of Vice President Sales & Marketing and authorized signatory.

Tobias Drixler, who has been with the company since 2006, will be responsible as managing director for Service, After Sales, Manufacturing, and Commissioning. His professional career began after studying mechanical engineering, initially working in mechanical design and technical sales, both also at AP&S. In 2016, he took on the responsibility as Director After Sales & Service, and later in 2019, he became Vice President After Sales & Service and authorized signatory.

Both have thus experienced and shaped the company's development from quite early on. Both emphasize that they look forward to their new roles as managing directors and greatly appreciate the trust placed in them by the shareholders.
