The Gießen communications agency sumner groh + compagnie (sgc) is pleased to receive another German Brand Award. The jury of the award for successful brand management recognized the agency's work for Hydroflex's PurMop BLACK® Performance Line in the category Excellence in Brand Strategy and Creation: Brand Design – Product Brand.

Hydroflex is a leading provider and manufacturer of cleaning systems for cleanrooms, distinguished by highly specialized solutions and innovative thinking. This is also true for the PurMop BLACK® Performance Line. For their completely new mopping system, the cleanroom specialists opted for carbon. Given the technically and physically demanding nature of cleanroom cleaning, this is akin to a revolution, as many conventional systems are made of stainless steel, which is heavy and ergonomically unfit. The new mopping system thus has a clear mission: to make cleanroom cleaning more ergonomic while increasing performance.

For Hydroflex's new product brand, it was therefore necessary to develop a communication strategy that highlights the innovation in a striking way. Under the motto "PurMop BLACK is the new...", sgc developed a mechanic to communicate the many advantages of the system. The communication is supported by strong visuals, which are also showcased in three spots created by the agency for the product launch. An image video, as well as a product and application video, visually appealingly and informatively conveyed all features of the mopping system. Advertising motifs and a roadshow complemented the product introduction.
