ESD cleanroom shoes

For use in sensitive cleanroom areas from Class 5 (ISO 14644), these special gaiter shoes are an ideal addition to the cleanroom clothing concept. The gaiter is worn over the overall or pants and provides the necessary protection against contamination from the wearer's leg and foot area.

Depending on the application, work shoes or safety shoes with a protective cap are available. Both variants feature a zipper to accommodate the gaiter. For exceptional comfort, the shoes are equipped with triple plus cushioning with Technogel® in the ball and heel areas. The upper material consists of PU-coated leather and Lycra with 3mm foam. The lining is made of cowhide, and the insole is antistatic, antibacterial, and antifungal.

The gaiters are optionally available made from Selguard-I or ACLEAN JC material. Both materials are composed of 98% polyester and 2% carbon for static dissipation and are suitable for use from ISO Class 4/5.

The gaiters are attached to the shoe using a zipper. For individual width adjustment, a strap with a plastic buckle is provided at the leg closure.
