EnviroFALK PharmaWaterSystems makes a visible statement for growth and future orientation: Instead of a traditional groundbreaking ceremony, the management team used a sledgehammer and opened the site expansion with a symbolic wall breakthrough. With this act, the official transformation and integration of the newly acquired neighboring property begin. In the coming weeks, the building will be physically connected to the main site and prepared for expansion.

Through the additional 3,600 m², there will be more space for further production lines and a significantly improved plant flow. The individual steps in plant construction, from pre-assembly to manufacturing to testing and quality control, can now be completed more straightforwardly and quickly. The close proximity of engineering and plant construction facilitates coordination and accelerates implementation. The expansion is an important step to reliably meet the increasing demand in the pharmaceutical, high-purity, and hydrogen sectors.

A clear signal for growth

Ulrich Träger, Managing Director of EnviroFALK, says, "For me, this wall breakthrough is something special. My father built the company, and now seeing how it continues to grow and how much future is being created here is a good feeling." With the site expansion in Leverkusen, EnviroFALK PharmaWaterSystems is consolidating even more technological expertise and manufacturing capacity for water treatment systems in the pharmaceutical, high-purity, and hydrogen sectors.
The close physical proximity of all relevant areas shortens coordination paths, improves interdisciplinary exchange, and significantly accelerates development and production processes. "The goal is to implement our projects even more efficiently while reliably meeting the increasing market demands," emphasizes Eva Bitter.
