EnviroFALK PharmaWaterSystems expands main headquarters in Leverkusen

Management Ulrich Träger, Eva Bitter, and Steffen Michael Kern from EnviroFALK PharmaWaterSystems are pleased about the expansion of the site in Leverkusen.

The EnviroFALK PharmaWaterSystems GmbH continues to invest in the future: at the main location in Leverkusen, the production and office space will be significantly expanded. With the adjacent building at Maybachstraße 31, the company will have a total of 2,400 m² of production and storage space as well as 1,200 m² of office space available in the future.

"This expansion is a real milestone for us," explains Eva Bitter, Managing Director. "Because finally, we have enough space to bring together all our expertise in water treatment systems for pharmaceutical, high-purity, and hydrogen applications under one roof and to expand it specifically."

The plan is to connect the two adjacent buildings at Maybachstraße 29 and 31 structurally to enable a clever lean production. "We will then also have space for an additional production line of our high-purity water treatment systems for hydrogen production," explains Ulrich Träger, Technical Managing Director. Until the plans are implemented, part of the team will temporarily use facilities in the neighboring Maybachstraße 33, an example of community and flexibility in action.

With the site expansion, EnviroFALK PharmaWaterSystems is not only strengthening its production capacities but also its customer and partner support in the pharmaceutical and high-tech industries. The investment underscores the company's claim to combine technological excellence with sustainable growth.
