Cleanroom lights from Fischer Elektro- und Beleuchtungstechnik GmbH now save at least 45% energy. New reflectors reduce the basic energy requirement of the certified cleanroom lights by 20%. Additionally, a lighting management tool controls each light precisely according to demand and increases energy efficiency by another 25%. Because the cooling capacity in the cleanroom decreases due to these innovations, users additionally save on expensive energy costs.

"With the new, energy-efficient lights, cleanroom operators can sustainably save energy," assures Friedrich Fischer. The managing director of Fischer Elektro- und Beleuchtungstechnik GmbH promises a 45% reduction through the innovative improvements to his certified cleanroom products. "And there are also significant savings because the air conditioning capacity in the cleanroom can be reduced," he adds. By using newly shaped, highly reflective mirror reflectors with a silver coating, Fischer has increased the efficiency of his lights by around 20%, as the basic energy requirement accordingly decreases.

Lighting management controls lights as needed

Further savings of 25% are achieved by users of the lights through an intelligent lighting management tool. This allows each light to be controlled individually and adjusted according to the actual brightness needs at each point in the cleanroom. For example, a workstation can be illuminated more brightly than a storage or shelving area in another corner of the same room, which requires less brightness.
In addition to these innovations in lighting technology, energy efficiency improves because the reduced heat generation from the lights allows the air conditioning in the cleanroom to be reduced by one or two levels. This significantly impacts energy costs.

Lower power consumption – higher light output

And the cleanroom LED lights from the innovative company, which has been awarded twice for its innovation strength, are now more energy-efficient. Fischer has reduced the lighting system power by 3.4 W to just 51.6 watts. At the same time, the luminous efficacy was increased by 1560 to 6800 lumens. Here too, intelligent innovations ensure that these opposing goals are reliably achieved. Fischer promises users of the new lights long-term and sustained significant savings. "With the new technology, the costs for electrical energy and climate control decrease markedly year after year. Additionally, maintenance costs also decline."
