Eisele MULTILINE E: with power up to application

The new M12 power connector for direct and alternating current from Eisele is used to supply devices safely with high power.

The MULTILINE E from Eisele has established itself in recent years as a robust and practical multi-media coupling for connecting functional groups to robots and machines. Now, the Waiblingen-based specialist for high-quality connection solutions in industrial environments introduces another M12 power connector for power supply with the MULTILINE E.

For the modular system of the MULTILINE E, Eisele is launching another M12 power connector. The powerful, 5-pin, L-coded M12 connector is used when high power density is required in a compact space. The modular system for combining compressed air, vacuum, gases, cooling water, liquids, electrical, and electronic connections into a single coupling body is thus supplemented with a new application for voltages up to 63 V AC/DC. The connection is rated for up to 16 A per pin, shock- and vibration-proof, reverse polarity protected, and non-rotatable.

High power density in a compact space

The power connector for direct current and alternating current is used to reliably supply devices with high power, for example, for linear drives and stepper motors or as a power supply line for fieldbus modules. Seals made of FKM and overmolding with PUR enable use in all industrial applications up to protection class IP67. A screw connection made of nickel-plated die-cast zinc secures the plug connection against unintentional loosening.
