Eisele at the FMB 2017

Eisele has expanded the BASICLINE with a ball-bearing swivel connection that can rotate freely around its own axis and is suitable for compressed air up to 16 bar.

The robust and corrosion-resistant stainless steel plug connectors of the Eisele-INOXLINE are very well suited for use in harsh industrial environments.

Eisele presents from November 8th to 10th, 2017 at the FMB Supplier Fair for Mechanical Engineering in Bad Salzuflen its extensive portfolio of quality connection components. As a special innovation, the company introduces a newly developed practical design of the proven BASICLINE: The ball-bearing rotary connection can rotate freely around its own axis and thus offers a solution to transfer compressed air from a fixed to a rotating component.

The Eisele BASICLINE includes over 4,000 standardized connection components, including quick-connect couplings, quick-release couplings, and functional fittings for compressed air, vacuum, and gases, as well as suitable hoses and comprehensive accessories. Especially in harsh industrial environments, the BASICLINE connections for compressed air supply have proven their reliability millions of times over.

The product line is divided into four standard designs: There are fittings with a union nut, which can realize all pneumatic applications, and fittings with a larger nominal size, allowing full hose passage. Additionally, Eisele offers quick-connect fittings with a sealing ring and quick-connect fittings with a sealing sleeve for quick assembly and disassembly of compressed air hoses. The particularly robust program 14 is designed for use under extreme environmental conditions and is available only from Eisele.

Wherever nickel-plated brass can be used, the new rotary connection is suitable and can be used within a working pressure range of -0.9 to 16 bar. The seals are made of NBR and FKM. The rotary connection is available in straight and angled versions for hose diameters of eight, ten, and twelve millimeters. On the threaded side, it features a G1/4 thread.

The new ball-bearing quick-connect fitting in the BASICLINE 14 program is the first fully rotatable connection in the Eisele range. The rotary movement is enabled by a hybrid ball bearing made of stainless steel with ceramic balls, approved for speeds up to 800 rpm. Stainless steel variants, suitable for other operating media, will follow.

Modular MULTILINE E sets standards

With the MULTILINE E, Eisele offers optimal solutions for straightforward use in control cabinets, tools, machine parts, and robots. Thanks to the perfectly coordinated modular design, different diameters, connection types, and media can be flexibly integrated into the coupling. Electrical connections and operating media can be coupled simultaneously and leak-free under pressure with the MULTILINE E. The new compact M12 power connector ensures power supply at voltages up to 640 volts and guarantees particularly high safety thanks to high-quality manufacturing.

Stainless steel series INOXLINE prevents corrosion

When it comes to applications with high demands on corrosion resistance, Eisele's stainless steel connections of the INOXLINE series are the optimal choice. Thanks to the wide selection of high-quality sealing materials, including Viton and FFKM, users can operate the Eisele INOXLINE quick-connect fittings with appropriate equipment at temperatures from -50 °C to +200 °C. The material used is stainless steel 1.4301/07, with 1.4404 available upon request.
