For precision cleaning of components with specifications for particular cleanliness in the nanometer range and highest film purity, complex deburring and cleaning requirements, or application-appropriate degreasing and cleaning, the complete program that Ecoclean will partly present live at this year's parts2clean (Hall 4, Stand C 28) offers the technically and economically optimal solution for every task. This also includes innovative developments for the automation and digitalization of the cleaning process as well as tailored service offerings.

Industries such as medical technology, optics, electronics, machinery and tool industry, and manufacturers of production equipment for the semiconductor industry as well as jewelry and watches, although different, generally have extremely high requirements for component cleanliness. Solutions for these tasks are presented by the SBS Ecoclean Group at the high-purity section of its exhibition stand at this year's parts2clean. For the first time, the new UCMSmartLine will also be shown live at a trade fair. Thanks to its modular concept with three to nine cleaning and rinsing stages, the compact ultrasonic batch cleaning system can be configured individually for pre-, intermediate-, and final cleaning and can be adapted at any time to changing market conditions.

In general industry, which includes a variety of sectors, components are manufactured using very different production technologies from various materials. These include, for example, cast, machined, stamped, bent, pressed, deep-drawn parts, or additively manufactured components. Subsequent processes such as heat treatment, coating, bonding, assembly, as well as permanently flawless function, require appropriate cleanliness. The plant manufacturer informs about these tasks with probably the most comprehensive cleaning system program in the main area of chamber systems in standard design and as special systems for aqueous and solvent cleaning, as well as batch cleaning systems. Equipped with application-specific process technologies, for example for high-pressure cleaning, deburring, ultrasonic cleaning, pulsated pressure cleaning, plasma cleaning, passivation/conservation, and drying, the systems ensure that the increasingly higher requirements for particulate and film cleanliness in many areas can be met reliably and at minimal operating costs. This also applies to solutions introduced for the new and altered requirements resulting from transformation processes in the automotive and supplier industries.

For the automation and digitalization of cleaning processes, Ecoclean also presents forward-looking solutions at parts2clean. This includes an innovative cloud solution that securely encrypts and transmits defined data generated by the plant control system via a secure connection. The data are stored, evaluated, analyzed, and intelligently linked in the IoT platform according to the latest technologies and infrastructures. This creates added value for plant operators in the areas of condition monitoring, production planning, documentation, predictive maintenance, and connectivity.

Experienced customer service staff at the "Service Island" will provide information on, among other things, the use of the Service App, customized service concepts, training and further education of customer employees, as well as plant modernization and adaptation.
