Efficient Filling and Packaging

During packaging and filling processes, the fill volume of sales or transport packaging must be utilized optimally. For this purpose, the shaking tables from the South German machinery and plant manufacturer EAP Lachnit are ideally suited. The robust devices made of stainless steel are easy to integrate into operational processes, protected against contamination, and simple to clean.

Whether powder, granulate, or screws – during packaging processes, as much content as possible should be placed into the packaging. After all, these should be as small as possible and therefore need to be filled optimally. A lack of compaction during the filling process prevents this. EAP Lachnit's shaking tables provide a solution: uniform distribution and compaction can be achieved by constantly moving the packaging containers during the filling process. Mechanical vibrations reduce gaps or air in bulk goods. The applications of the shaking tables are diverse, ranging from packaging filling in the food and supplier industries to chemicals or pharmaceuticals, and even the construction materials industry.

The robust shaking tables are made of stainless steel with an electropolished surface. This largely prevents contamination and significantly facilitates cleaning – an important aspect for the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.

For the very different application areas, they are manufactured in various sizes and are additionally height-adjustable. This ensures both ergonomic considerations and precise integration into packaging lines. Included in the equipment is a smooth stainless steel table top (available in different sizes), which allows for the movement of even heavy loads. A stop rail facilitates pushing containers. The integrated sensor detects when a container is on the surface and starts the shaking process. When the container is removed, the machine stops. The shaking table is powered by two powerful unbalanced motors, equipped with an electrical control. The machine has an IP 66 protection rating.
