Efficiency meets Swiss quality: DELTA Zofingen AG relies on independent PIM implementation

DELTA Zofingen AG is a leading provider of customized, efficient system solutions around hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in Switzerland. The focus is on cleaning and hygiene products, personal protective equipment (PPE), and since 2016, the cleanroom sector. DELTA has a comprehensive product portfolio with the highest Swiss quality standards and brings together three brands under one roof: DELTA, ARTILUX Swiss Safety (ASS) AG, a specialist in occupational safety, and Kuhn and Bieri AG, a leading provider of medical products.

To reflect this quality in the presentation of product information, the company is implementing the Contentserv Product Information Management (PIM) system for all three brands, with system architect and system integrator SDZeCOM by their side.

What was particularly exciting for the Swiss company was the Customer Enablement Program (CEP).

"The opportunity to implement the PIM system largely independently and to manage the entire project ourselves is very advantageous for us. The intensive consulting from SDZeCOM convinced us directly," says Daniel Gygax, Inhouse Consultant IT & Process Landscape at DELTA Zofingen AG.

The CEP approach supports the implementation with specially developed training and trained guides who bring their extensive expertise to the table. Additionally, project success is continuously monitored through defined Quality Gates.

Furthermore, DELTA is expanding the capabilities of the PIM system by integrating Productivity Solutions, allowing it to, among other things, set rules for automated data quality checks.
