Effects of cinematic contaminants on the process chain

Last year, around 100 participants from various companies and working groups attended the specialist conference.

The South German Publishing Events GmbH invites you to the 2nd Specialist Conference on Film Contamination. The event will take place on November 14 and 15, 2017, at the Nestor Hotel in Ludwigsburg. Participants can look forward to an extensive program featuring current industry examples as well as lectures on new concepts and solutions for testing technology.

The nearly residue-free removal of filmic organic contaminants presents a major challenge. Very thin residues of organic films, such as lubricants or cleaning agents, can cause functional failures in sensitive parts. As a result, adhesion, conductivity, and corrosion protection can be lost. The impacts along the production chain can be devastating. Therefore, film contamination is becoming an increasingly important issue.

The 2nd Specialist Conference on Film Contamination brings together users and decision-makers, scientists, and analysts to discuss industry-relevant topics and develop new solutions. The event provides a unique platform for exchanging ideas with other industry experts about handling film contamination, as well as challenges and perspectives.

Among the speakers who will bring these topics to life are experts from various organizations, including Dr. Roland Steiner from Carl Zeiss SMT, Dr. Markus Rochowicz from Fraunhofer IPA, and Michael Onken from Safechem Europe.
