The manually operated hand pallet truck type 400 Quick from EAP Lachnit is designed for use in sensitive areas. It is made entirely of stainless steel and meets the high legal requirements for use in food and chemical production, biotechnology, and in specialized versions also for cleanrooms or Ex-zones. Particularly innovative is the Quick function of the hand pallet truck: with just five pump strokes, loads can be lifted within seconds. The hand pallet truck also impresses with high operational safety, low maintenance requirements, and easy cleaning.

Pallet trucks are the workhorses of intralogistics and indispensable in industry for transporting goods. EAP Lachnit offers the hand pallet truck type 400 Quick for easy transport and quick lifting. This enables significantly faster lifting of loads with innovative technology. The fork truck is built very robustly and suitable for continuous use. It transports up to 2500 kg with a lifting height of up to 205 mm (with a ground clearance of 85 mm). The standard version is equipped with forks measuring 1150 x 540 mm. Other fork lengths and widths are also available as options.

Safety was of course also considered during development: The load frame is torsion-resistant and equipped with overload protection, round fork ends prevent damage to the transported goods, and entry and exit rollers allow for problem-free pallet handling.

Comfortable with Quick Lift

In warehouses and production, speed is essential. The same applies to transporting loads. Cumbersome and lengthy lifting processes should be avoided. EAP Lachnit has developed an innovative lifting technology with the Quick function that allows loads to be lifted with just five pump strokes. In comparison, a standard version without Quick function requires 14 pump strokes to reach the same lifting height.

Flexible use, easy to clean

The hand pallet truck type 400 Quick is available in various Ex classifications and/or cleanroom versions. In the "Ex version," it is Atex and TÜV South certified and approved for the Ex II 2 GD c area. An advantage for these applications is the stainless steel construction with polished surfaces and the protection class IP67. This makes the pallet truck suitable for use in food and chemical production or biotechnology, and with optional equipment, also for use in cleanrooms and Ex zones.

An important criterion is also easy and reliable cleaning in these areas: The stainless steel material with polished surfaces allows for quick and thorough cleaning. The robust design with hard-chromed piston also prevents rust formation.
