Dirk Leinweber takes over Sales Management at Camfil GmbH

Camfil GmbH, a leader in air filters and solutions for air purification, has had a new sales management team since July 2020: Dirk Leinweber takes over the responsibilities from Christian Schulz as Director of Sales & Marketing, including Telesales and Marketing. Christian Schulz is now focusing within Camfil GmbH on expanding the project business as Director of Projects & Solutions.

Dirk Leinweber began his career after studying to become a diploma business economist at the photovoltaic company Conergy. He then worked for the technology corporation ABB and subsequently served as Director of Sales Food Retail Central Europe for Danfoss Cooling. His innovative approach to sustainability and energy efficiency, combined with a deep understanding of brands, was complemented by a strong sense of empathy for customers and employees. This contributed significantly to the success of Danfoss Cooling.

Targeted development of market requirements as a cornerstone

Since mid-July 2020, Dirk Leinweber has been working at Camfil in his role as Director of Sales & Marketing. In this position, he oversees the internal and external sales departments, Telesales, the Marketing and Communications department, and Key Account Management. He aims to contribute particularly to the implementation of customer wishes and market requirements, as well as the further development of products and air filter solutions. "With his extensive international experience and our focus on sustainability and energy efficiency, we are pleased to have gained a very successful and experienced team member in Dirk Leinweber," says Christine Wall-Pilgenröder, Camfil Managing Director.
