The cost-effective LogTag data logger series, used in large quantities for transport, cooling, and room monitoring, has been newly supplemented with a data logger featuring an acoustic alarm.

The brand-new temperature data logger TRED30-16R (successor to the well-known TRED30-7R logger) with acoustic alarm, replaceable external sensor, start-stop function, and a battery that can be easily changed by the customer, fulfills almost all customer requirements.

With the help of its clear display and integrated statistics memory, users can directly access not only the current value but also the daily alarm, minimum, maximum, and alarm duration of the last 30 days. An intelligent acoustic alarm ensures that notifications about threshold breaches are reliably received, even during holidays or weekends.

This can be advantageous in a variety of applications, whether monitoring cold rooms and refrigerators, during transportation, or in all applications where a PC for data retrieval is not available.

The TRED30-16R can record up to 15,900 temperature measurements, and the external sensor with optional lengths of 1.5 m or 3 m allows recording temperatures in the range of -40°C to +99°C.
