The international specialist for workwear rental services now offers its services for cleanrooms in Germany. At this year's "Cleanroom Lounge" from June 3rd to 5th in Stuttgart, CWS-boco will introduce visitors to its service for the first time. The offering for cleanrooms includes rental cleanroom clothing, professionally processed in a specialized laundry facility, including decontamination and sterilization.

CWS-boco has over two decades of international expertise. With the "boco Cleanroom Line," the company provides the appropriate clothing right from the start. Werner Münnich, cleanroom expert at CWS-boco Germany, explains: "For cleanrooms, knowledgeable personnel are required. We have experience and certified solutions for highly sensitive production facilities. Ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations provides our customers with security."

The CWS-boco cleanroom laundry consists of a modular system that meets all requirements for classifying air cleanliness in cleanrooms according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 Class 4. An efficient quality management system, certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001, monitors all ongoing processes. The service also includes consulting, training, and technical support in selecting suitable cleanroom clothing, as well as personal assistance from a cleanroom specialist.

Service drivers exchange the laundry and bring it to the laundry facility, where it is decontaminated, dried, and sterilized if necessary. Each batch undergoes the Helmke Drum Test, an internationally recognized method for measuring particle contamination on cleanroom clothing. IT systems monitor, control, and evaluate water quality, disinfection cycles, airborne particle counts, temperature, and humidity. Thanks to chips or barcodes, each customer receives their assigned clothing items back.

The "boco Cleanroom Line" cleanroom collection is fully decontaminable and sterilizable and consists of 16 items in white or light blue. It complies with DIN EN ISO 14644-1 and is suitable for both unsterile and sterile environments.
