At the "Lounges 2015" trade fair, CWS-boco is unveiling two new products from its cleanroom collection "boco Cleanroom Line": The company presents the first anti-fog and sterilizable protective glasses "uvex Reinraum-Schutzbrille ultrasonic CR" as well as the new cleanroom mop "MicroControl Mop" at its booth. Additionally, visitors can learn about CWS-boco's full-service offerings and the related "boco Cleanroom Line" collection. The trade fair takes place from May 19 to 21 in Stuttgart. CWS-boco is located in Hall 1, Stand H 3.3.

Innovation: uvex ultrasonic CR Cleanroom Protective Glasses

The uvex ultrasonic CR cleanroom protective glasses are the first sterilizable and autoclave-compatible eye protection with an anti-fog effect on the market. The extremely lightweight full-view glasses with Duo-Component Technology, indirect ventilation, wide panoramic field of view, flexible soft components, and adjustable silicone headband are perfectly tailored to the requirements of cleanroom use in terms of functionality, comfort, and design. The uvex ultrasonic CR is made from allergy- and pollutant-free materials and complies with EU standards for protective eyewear according to DIN EN 166 and DIN EN 170.

New Cleanroom Mop: Vileda MicroControl Mop

The Vileda MicroControl Mop is a new mop specifically developed for cleaning cleanrooms of ISO Class 5 / GMP A+B / FED209 D Class 100. The microfiber fabric is characterized by low particle release and is sterilizable. Thanks to the flexible edge area, the mop is suitable for cleaning floors, walls, and ceilings.

The boco Cleanroom Line Collection

With the "boco Cleanroom Line," CWS-boco offers a collection that meets the strict requirements for cleanroom clothing. The range consists of 16 items, each designed for use in both unsterile and sterile environments, in white and light blue. The collection is fully decontaminable and sterilizable. The material Hitstat, with a grammage of 110g/m², is made of 99 percent polyester and 1 percent carbon. Its smooth surface reduces abrasion, does not release particles, and the woven carbon fibers prevent static buildup. The collection is durable and long-lasting and complies with DIN EN ISO 14644-1.

The Reprocessing Cycle

In April 2014, CWS-boco opened its first own cleanroom laundry in Heidenheim, Baden-Württemberg. The state-of-the-art laundry consists of a modular system that meets all requirements for classifying air cleanliness in ISO Class 4 cleanrooms. An efficient quality management system, certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001, oversees all ongoing processes. The company offers professional reprocessing of cleanroom garments of all classes from a single source and provides tailored solutions for effective contamination control throughout the entire service cycle. The use of RFID chips or barcodes ensures monitoring of each garment throughout its entire lifecycle.

Expansion of the Cleanroom Business

To meet the increasing demand for cleanroom clothing in sectors such as microelectronics, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, as well as food and packaging, CWS-boco also acquired the renowned full-service provider for cleanroom laundry, Zahn-Hitex, in Mühldorf in spring 2015.
