This is a cloud-based environmental monitoring solution designed to help organizations establish a professional monitoring system from the outset and develop it further on the same platform as their requirements evolve. The launch is complemented by Vaisala Care for Viewlinc – a product lifecycle service offering available in select markets.

The Vaisala Viewlinc Cloud Suite has been developed to support organizations in establishing a professional foundation for their environmental monitoring.

Organizations can focus on their operations instead of maintaining monitoring infrastructure, while always maintaining insight into critical conditions. The cloud-based service eliminates the need for a local application server and reduces associated IT effort.

The offering includes:

– The Viewlinc CS Professional Edition for industrial and commercial environments, including environmental monitoring in healthcare facilities, logistics, museums, archives, and research institutions, as well as condition monitoring applications for energy infrastructure.
– The Viewlinc CS GxP Edition for regulated life sciences environments, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and medical device manufacturing.

The GxP Edition offers features for GxP compliance, including continuous validation and GxP documentation, while the Professional Edition supports applications requiring reliable monitoring without the same compliance and validation requirements.

Organizations can choose the edition that best fits their operational, monitoring, and regulatory needs – including whether their application is operated in a GxP-regulated environment.

Alongside the Viewlinc Cloud Suite, Vaisala introduces the new product lifecycle service offering Vaisala Care for Viewlinc. This is designed to support customers throughout the entire lifespan of their monitoring system.

The offering includes two service levels:

– Vaisala Care, a structured package of basic product lifecycle services
– Vaisala Care+, a premium offering with tailored product lifecycle support

Services include expert support, remote training, scheduled system condition reviews, and warranty extensions.

The offering enhances user competence, improves audit readiness, and ensures the long-term safety of customers' monitoring systems.

Vaisala Care for Viewlinc will initially be available in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa by the end of 2026.
