Connections from Eisele in a new dimension

The quick-connect fittings of the LIQUIDLINE Series 2500 made of dezincification-resistant brass are complemented by Eisele with the largest connection so far, with an outer diameter of 28 mm.

Eisele presents three new products for connection technology at the Hannover Messe from April 1 to 5, 2019, showcasing its high-quality complete range of hose connections for all industrial applications. The specialist for high-quality connection components made of solid metal emphasizes the stainless steel connections of the INOXLINE, the LIQUIDLINE cooling water connections, and the modular MULTILINE E system for individually configurable multi-media couplings.

A complete redesign is introduced by Eisele with the new stainless steel pressure regulator 1.4301. This is used as a pressure reducer and maintains the pipeline pressure constantly at the desired working pressure. The screw-in connection from the Eisele INOXLINE has a control pressure range of 2 to 8 bar and can be adjusted very finely and with minimal fluctuation. Additionally, the flow-optimized pressure regulator enables reduced vibration behavior of the control systems.

Safely cooled with optimal flow

The LIQUIDLINE Series 2500, made from corrosion-resistant brass, is also expanding. Eisele has now added a version with a 28 mm outer diameter to the full nominal width quick-connect fittings. Initially, it is available in three designs. Correspondingly, flame-retardant ProWeld hoses made of polyether-polyurethane are also available for welding applications with an internal diameter of 19 mm. With the largest connection of the Series 2500, the benefits of Eisele quick-connect fittings can also be used for larger cooling water supply lines in automation systems.

Modular system for multi-couplings

For the modular system of MULTILINE E, Eisele is launching another M12 power plug. The modular system for combining compressed air, vacuum, gases, cooling water, liquids, electrical and electronic components into a single coupling body is being expanded with a new L-coded insert for voltages up to 63 V. The connection delivers up to 16 A per pin and is shock- and vibration-proof, polarity-safe, and non-rotatable.

With the MULTILINE E, Eisele sets standards for tool and format changeovers on industrial machines and robots. Thanks to the perfectly coordinated modular design, different hose diameters, connection types, and media can be flexibly integrated into a multi-coupling system.
