With their newly developed connecting elements, the mk Technology Group is now expanding its product range in the field of aluminum profile technology. New connection techniques enable quick, inexpensive, and simple profile constructions without protruding contours and can also withstand a lot.

Unlike the standard angle connections, the new connectors cause no external protruding contours. "This makes it very easy to realize constructions that are not only functional but also meet the highest design standards," says Christian Becker, Product Manager of the mk Group. With a vertical load capacity of 90 to 120 kg, the new connectors can certainly compete with an angle.

No profile processing

With the new anchor connector, mk has now developed a technique that allows two profiles to be connected without any processing. "No drilling needed, no threading — just screw it tight and you're done," explains Christian Becker. This not only saves time during assembly but also reduces costs. "In this way, we expand our offerings for modern, cost-efficient, and practical solutions in profile technology and better meet the needs of our customers."

More flexibility through retrofitting

But the new developments can do even more: mk now also offers additional options to retrofit profiles and move them later: "This allows us to respond even more flexibly to the individual requirements of our customers with our clamping claw or anchor connector," says Becker. "If, for example, the conditions change after commissioning a profile construction, additional profiles can be easily attached with our new connection elements."

Super clean without dirt edges

For the special requirements in cleanroom environments, mk has now developed a connector that cleanly and securely joins the special cleanroom profiles with closed grooves. "Our cleanroom connector meets the highest hygiene standards, for example, for the pharmaceutical, food, or electronics sectors," says Christian Becker. "Thanks to the especially good form fit, even the smallest particles have no chance to contaminate the construction."

With the new connection elements, mk expands its extensive profile technology range. "This ensures that we can continue to offer market-oriented products and that our solid modular system is well-equipped to meet the ever-changing demands."
