30th Conference on Industrial Component Cleaning, April 29-30, 2021

The anniversary event of the Industrial Parts Cleaning Association (FiT) at the Dorint Hotel, Dresden, is themed: “30 Years of Industrial Component Cleaning Conference – Combining Tradition and Innovation: A Look Back and Two Forward.” The focus is on the development of cleaning technology and procedures as well as dialogue with cleaning experts from various technical and industrial sectors. The program includes lectures by leading providers on component cleaning and its impact on development. Additionally, innovative, application-specific process solutions, including aspects of economic efficiency, will be presented.

3rd Conference “Microbiology in Companies”, June 22, 2021

This event, held at the K3N Congress Center in Nördlingen, focuses on the damage microorganisms can cause in companies: from unpleasant odors and problems with production equipment to quality losses in surface finishing and endangering employees and the environment. The conference provides information on how undesirable microorganism developments occur and the underlying causes. Participants will also learn what can be done both immediately and long-term to counteract these issues, and which regulations need to be observed.

9th Conference “Deburring Technologies and Precision Surfaces”, June 29-30, 2021

Taking place at the K3N Congress Center in Nördlingen, this event deals with the crucial importance of the properties of edges and surfaces for the further processing and functionality of products. To explore optimization potential regarding quality, precision, and cost-effectiveness, new developments and improved procedures as well as possibilities for automating processes in deburring, rounding, and manufacturing of precision surfaces will be presented.

Fundamentals Seminar “Quality Assurance in Component Cleaning”, July 6-7, 2021

Regardless of the cleaning task, component cleanliness can only be achieved in a stable and efficient manner through coordinated solutions for the cleaning process and its monitoring. The qualification seminar, held at the Congressforum Frankenthal, imparts the basics for stable cleanliness through optimized procedures and plant technology, as well as effective quality control in theory and practice. After the morning lectures, a total of seven practical sessions in small groups will follow in the afternoon. To ensure optimal knowledge transfer, the number of participants is limited.
