Particle Measuring Systems presents the FacilityPro®-5010 system: a new industrial automation solution for cleanroom/environment monitoring.

Particle Measuring Systems introduces the FacilityPro® 5010 system, a new industrial automation solution for environmental monitoring. FacilityPro 5010 builds on the existing FacilityPro generation and serves as the central control for a complete cleanroom/environment monitoring system. Its modular design allows for easy configuration based on current requirements and offers simple expandability to meet future needs.

FacilityPro 5010 simplifies particle and airborne germ sampling and provides the flexibility to control particle or germ collection points with a single module. Additionally, analog and digital inputs and outputs for sensors such as temperature, differential pressure, and alarm lights are now integrated into the central processor module. This reduces the number of modules needed while simplifying installation. Additional modules are available to incorporate a larger number of particle counters, airborne germ collectors, and analog sensors such as temperature or differential pressure.

A central vacuum supply further simplifies installation. A reserve vacuum pump can also be integrated to ensure continued operation in case of pump failure or maintenance.

The new FacilityPro SCADA software offers an updated graphical user interface with an intuitive map-based design, system configuration, audit trails, and data/trend reports. To comply with 21 CFR Part 11 regulations, the software features strict access controls and requires electronic signatures for all actions and changes. The system can include multiple user stations (clients), a secondary server with failover capabilities, and multiple remote access options.
