On-site staff provided information about the product portfolio, service offerings, and the advantages of the merger. More than ever before, the following applies: Supply security from a single source.

This year's booth attracted more visitors than ever before, and the interest in the new corporate structure is clearly significant. It was also worthwhile: In addition to the compact consulting expertise at the basan-/VWR booth, exciting demonstrations with practical knowledge on contamination control in clean rooms took place on the action stage. Moderated by Wolf-Dieter Wanner, Dr.-Ing. Jürgen Blattner from BSR introduced the application of particle measuring devices to the audience. Markus Schad from decontam presented the correct gowning procedure in clean rooms, and Petra Grein-Laumeister, an expert in microbiology at VWR, demonstrated how quickly and efficiently hygiene control can be performed using microbiological rapid tests.

The conference program included a total of three presentations from basan and VWR. But fun and relaxation were also important.

Magician Stefan Alexander Rautenberg enchanted visitors around the booth, and at the joint bar, visitors could relax with a cocktail, network, deepen contacts, and wind down after the trade fair day.
