Under the motto "Now more than ever!" this year saw the award ceremony of the "Great Prize of the Mittelstand" take place in Dresden. This marked the 27th competition of the Oskar-Patzelt Foundation, reaching its grand finale on Saturday, October 30, 2021, with the presentation of nationwide special awards to outstanding individuals, companies, and institutions.

COLANDIS GmbH was also among this year's award winners and received the foundation's honorary plaque for many years of convincing performance. The Kahla-based company was nominated as a finalist in 2018 in this competition in the category "Finalists and Award Winners".

Managing Director Joachim Ludwig proudly accepted the plaque and emphasized its significance and value: "We are very pleased with the recognition that this award confers upon us.
