The new closure plugs Z9425/…/VA made of stainless steel are resistant up to 180 °C and exhibit excellent corrosion resistance. They are especially suitable for use in cleanrooms.

In the temperature control system of an injection molding tool, closure plugs are used both for redirecting the temperature control medium and for sealing the holes from the outside. The new stainless steel closure plugs Z9425/…/VA from Hasco, Lüdenscheid, are particularly suitable for use in cleanrooms, for example in medical technology. They enable process-secure temperature control of injection molding tools when using hot or cold water as well as when using temperature control oil. The closure plugs are resistant up to 180 °C and show very good corrosion resistance. Internal pressures in the temperature control system up to 10 bar can be easily realized.
