The Cleanzone Congress on October 21 and 22, 2014, in Frankfurt can offer both: with a clear separation into Basic and Advanced sessions, which can be booked independently of each other. Over two exciting days, the Cleanzone Congress covers the central topics of cleanroom construction and planning (Basic), new cleanroom applications (Advanced), and cleanroom operation (both Basic and Advanced). As in the previous year, the international trade fair Cleanzone takes place in parallel in Hall 1.1.

What should be considered when setting up a cleanroom? What regulations and requirements exist? Each morning, the Basic sessions answer essential questions about planning, operation, and work in cleanrooms. They are aimed at everyone who is new to the topic or wants to introduce or optimize pure work environments without specialist knowledge. Market trends, technical innovations, specific product developments, and the resulting challenges for cleanroom technology: The Advanced sessions are aimed at participants who want to stay close to the pulse of the times and need to do so. On the first day of the congress, keynote speaker Prof. Dr. med. Rupert Gerzer from the German Aerospace Center will provide a forward-looking insight into aerospace medicine. Dr. Manfred Weigand from Merck and Dr. Kilian Bilger from Bosch will discuss the specific requirements of OLEDs and MEMS for cleanroom production. Nigel Lenegan from Energy & Carbon Reduction Solutions, UK, will show where energy can really be saved in the cleanroom. Congress Tickets

The prices for the Cleanzone Congress range from EUR 125 for a module to EUR 350 for an all-access pass. Tickets for the Cleanzone trade fair are free with online registration until October 19, 2014. From October 20, 2014, and at the on-site ticket office, they cost EUR 25.
