CleanVision wins the Cleanroom Award 2014

The one-piece cleanroom suit CleanVision by Initial Cleanrooms has been awarded the Cleanroom Award 2014 by ReinraumAkademie. The award recognizes the most innovative, sustainable, and efficient ideas in the field of cleanroom technology. The accolade was presented on October 22, 2014, at the Cleanzone trade fair in Frankfurt. The unique overall with integrated and exchangeable visor was specially developed for use in the sterile area of the pharmaceutical industry and has been available on the market since summer 2014.

CleanVision successfully competed against submissions from five European countries in a two-stage process. The international expert jury selected the cleanroom suit with optimized contamination protection as one of the top 5 innovations in the industry. Subsequently, CleanVision convinced visitors and exhibitors at the Cleanzone trade fair, who chose the innovative CleanVision as the winner among the finalists.

The one-piece cleanroom suit CleanVision with integrated and exchangeable visor combines the highest level of purity with maximum comfort and replaces the technology of cleanroom glasses. The disposable visor ensures always optimal visibility, as it is anti-fog and scratch-resistant. CleanVision is delivered folded in a special way so that the suit is only touched from the inside when putting it on, significantly simplifying the donning process. Unlike conventional solutions, a nearly closed system is created, significantly reducing the risk of contamination of the cleanroom products. "After nearly three years of development work, we are very proud that with CleanVision we can make a significant contribution to improving sterile production environments. We thank you for this award and will donate the prize money to the non-profit organization WaterAid, which is committed worldwide to providing clean drinking water and proper sanitation facilities," says Nicola Cassanelli, General Manager of Initial Cleanrooms Europe.
