Cleanroom suitability and work ergonomics in focus

RK Rose+Krieger offers the RK Duoline Clean Linear Axes for cleanroom applications in sizes 60 and 80, optionally with ball screw drive (rear) or belt drive (front).

The RK monitor mount for monitors and touch panels up to 25 kg offers many degrees of freedom and features a vibration-resistant, lockable tilt adjustment in 15° increments.

The electric lifting columns Multilift II (r.) and Multilift II telescope (l.) are true plug & work solutions for synchronization applications, for example in height adjustment of work tables.

With a new monitor mount and the Hubsäulen product family Multilift II and Multilift II telescope, RK Rose+Krieger GmbH presents two products at Hannover Messe from April 13th to 17th, 2015, in Hall 16/Stand E18, which can significantly improve the ergonomics of industrial workplaces. Another highlight of the trade fair appearance is the certified profile linear units of the RK Duoline Clean series for cleanroom applications.

The RK monitor mount – flexible and individually adjustable

The new monitor mount is used, among other things, for ergonomic alignment of navigation devices in construction and agricultural machinery or, for example, of control, operation, and display devices on packaging machines, conveyor lines, or in climate technology. The mount is suitable for monitors and touch panels up to 25 kg and offers many degrees of freedom. On the device side, a choice can be made between VESA standard mounting holes 75 mm and 100 mm, as well as a universal screw mounting surface. It is compatible with RK connection technology and the BLOCAN® profile system but can also be mounted on any other profile or any wall.

Hubsäulen Multilift II and Multilift II telescope – Plug & Work for synchronization applications

The electromechanical lifting column Multilift II will be available as a series product in time for Hannover Messe. The uniquely flat lifting column achieves lifting forces up to 3,000 N and is suitable for synchronization adjustment tasks in special and series machine construction as well as for height adjustment of assembly work tables in ergonomic workplace systems. Specifically for this, RK Rose+Krieger offers the Multilift II in a synchronization variant in a pre-assembled Plug & Work package – to be experienced live at Hannover Messe.

With the telescoping version of the Multilift, the Multilift II telescope, RK Rose+Krieger responds to increased customer demands for two-legged table systems. The new lifting column meets the ergonomic standard for work tables (DIN EN 527-1:2011) and features an optimal installation lifting ratio: the Multilift II telescope can also withstand pressing forces up to 3,000 N with an installation size of 560 mm and a lifting height of 650 mm. This is currently unique on the market in this design.

Linear axes for cleanroom applications – RK Duoline Clean

The new series includes profile linear units for cleanroom use. A total of four spindle-driven and four belt-driven variants of the RK Duoline Clean in sizes 60 and 80 have been successfully tested according to EN ISO 14644-1. They received certification for cleanrooms of the globally valid classes 1 (RK Duoline Clean 60 SU with negative pressure connection at 0.5 m/s) to 5 (RK Duoline Clean 80 Z without negative pressure connection at 0.5 m/s). The cleanroom suitability of the linear axes was demonstrated in tests at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology and Automation IPA in Stuttgart.
