CleanRoom Station CleanBoy®

The SPETEC GmbH in Erding presents a new product in the field of cleanroom technology. The cleanroom station CleanBoy® enables the user to create cleanroom conditions with high effectiveness at any workstation with minimal investment.

Extremely clean conditions are becoming increasingly important in research, production, and service. Cleanroom technology aims to remove particles with a diameter of 0.12 µm and larger from a confined space, where the highest purity standards ensure a safe process flow. This is achieved with a cleanroom module from the SuSi® (Super Silent) series, which is precisely positioned above the workstation. This workstation is supplied with filtered, ultra-clean air. While typical room air contains about 9,000 to 15,000 particles, cleanroom conditions reduce this to just 3 particles per liter of air.

Parts or components from mechanics, electronics, optoelectronics, medicine, or biotechnology are assembled or stored with high process safety. A mobile version of the CleanBoy® on wheels allows internal transport to various locations. Suitable modifications for problematic workstations are also possible.

Using the CleanBoy® in a large, walk-in cleanroom results in a limited space where virtually no particles can be detected. The device is available as a table model and as a standalone unit. It requires no installation and is ready for operation immediately after delivery.
