Cleanroom Monitoring: Reports for individual batches

With the new Batch Report software module of the BRIEM Monitoring Software, reports for individual batches can be conveniently created and automated. This allows for further optimization, documentation of complex processes, and additionally enables access to customer-specific information for each batch.

Configuration and activation of a new batch are as simple, flexible, and comfortable as usual through the software. After a batch report profile has been created, a new batch can be started. During this process, batch-specific additional information such as batch and product numbers can be individually recorded and documented. The type and number of additional information can be configured specifically for each batch.

During batch recording, all measurement data previously assigned to the batch profile are summarized and can then be saved or printed as a report. This report is freely configurable and can include diagrams, tables, alarm logs, audit trails, or additional free texts. Using the Automatic Reports function, a report can also be automated, saved, and sent.

What does a batch report look like?

A batch report can be assembled individually according to the respective needs. All report components such as diagrams, audit trails, alarm logs, custom text modules, and others are available for this purpose.
