Cleanroom condensation particle counter AeroTrak® 9001 by TSI

The AeroTrak 9001 Cleanroom Condensation Particle Counter from TSI enables precise measurements in the nanoparticle range for the reliable monitoring of critical environments. The CPC (Cleanroom Condensation Particle Counter) is a water-based condensation particle counter with laminar flow, offering a lower measurement limit of 10 nm at a flow rate of 2.83 l/min.

It uses ultrapure or distilled water to avoid alcohol and other chemicals in the cleanroom.

The nanoparticle counter is suitable for low particle concentrations due to its extremely low false alarm rate, even in cleanroom classes 1 and 2 environments.

For measuring high-pressure gases, it can be used with the separately available AeroTrak 7950 high-pressure diffuser.

The AeroTrak 9001 particle counter is compatible with TSI's FMS 5 monitoring software.
