For each product type and each production area, there are specific requirements such as the removal or avoidance of unwanted particles, the inactivation of microorganisms, and compliance with the relevant regulations. Of course, this also applies to a frequently overlooked product group: cleaning equipment.

The system carts of the Clino CR series are specially designed for use in cleanrooms. Using the Clino CR4 model as an example, we would like to highlight some differences compared to "normal" cleaning carts.

Hygienic Design:
All components of the Clino CR system carts are designed to be easy to clean and do not themselves pose a source of contamination.

Manufacturing:
The stainless steel tubes are connected in a form-fitting and smooth-surfaced manner. The system cart has no open areas. Mounts for connecting parts are closed on the inside.

Modular Construction:
The cleaning method can be easily and tool-free changed.

Object-specific Adjustment:
The connection system ClinoLink, consisting of a total of 8 multifunctional holders, allows for precise adaptation of the system cart to the specific conditions of the object. All accessories can be removed with one hand for cleaning.

Special Wheels:
Depending on the application, autoclavable (up to 134 degrees) or electrically conductive swivel casters are available.
