The Robot Transfer Units (RTU) are characterized by low particle emissions and are certified for cleanrooms of class 1, offering a wide range of corrosion protection treatments. They also score with high repeatability (0.05 mm) and enable travel speeds of up to 5 m/s as well as accelerations of up to 50 m/s².

The basis is the Clean Room System ONE. The product family includes linear axes specifically developed for use in cleanrooms. They are made of aluminum and stainless steel and are designed so that no particles can enter the environment in which they are installed.
