Cleanroom cloths on rolls are used in continuous cleaning processes for precise optical machines and tools.
The cloth material is available either in 75% polyester/25% nylon or in 100% polyester. Both types are resistant to many chemicals and have very low particle emission. These cloths can be used from cleanroom class ISO 4 onwards.
The roll cloths are available in various widths and lengths.
