CLEANPACK® - Custom Cleanroom Packaging and Irradiation Service

basan operates two cleanrooms of classes 100/ISO7 and 10,000/ISO5, where products are prepared according to the highest standards tailored to customer specifications. Originally non-cleanroom-compatible products can be cleaned and packaged in a cleanroom-compliant manner. Likewise, products are assembled according to individual requirements based on the following criteria:

• - Gamma irradiation or EtO service
• - Air cleaning of products for use in the cleanroom
• - Repackaging of bulk packaging into small units
• - Packaging of individual products in large units
• - Assembly of ready-to-use packaging units ("Ready-to-use Kits")

With the CleanPack® service from VWR/basan, more time can be allocated to core activities. A wide range of other customized services for individual production environments can be found in the fully revised basan catalog for cleanrooms and controlled production environments.
