Cleaning roller

Various models: With tear-off films or adhesive pad system

Excellent cleaning tools for maintaining a cleanroom environment. Particles once captured are not released again - the dust accumulation becomes "visible". No dust is stirred up, but effectively bound.

When working with these cleaning rollers, contaminants such as dust and small particles are effectively bound. They are easy to handle and, depending on the model, available with peel-off films or with an adhesive pad for cleaning the roller.

Rollers with peel-off films

Contaminants are reliably bound thanks to the specially coated film. These rollers are also suitable for corners and hard-to-reach areas because of the flattened rolling surface.

For handling, a roller handle is needed onto which the roller is pushed. When the roller is used up, it can simply be replaced with a new one. The rollers are available in 2 variants: for flat and uneven surfaces.

Rollers with adhesive pad system

The binding ability of the PCR roller allows for the effortless removal of particles smaller than one micron. The unique composition of the non-adhesive and non-abrasive rollers ensures that sensitive surfaces are not damaged. PCR rollers are available in 3 adhesive strengths and in various sizes.

Cleaning the roller is done with an adhesive pad. Simply roll over the adhesive pad in the direction of the arrow. The dirt adheres to the pad, and the PCR roller is immediately ready for use again.
