The new cleanroom system CleanCell4.0® from the Baden-Württemberg company SCHILLING ENGINEERING combines particle-free production with modern information technology and has a significantly lower energy consumption than comparable cleanroom systems.

The intelligent system networks climate technology, monitoring, and on-site process equipment. Through smart devices, it is possible to perform settings remotely or via remote maintenance.

A newly developed user-guided control system for the entire cleanroom system has been introduced, which adjusts the required supply of clean air based on occupancy and measured contamination levels. Further substantial savings are offered by the possibility of integrated heat recovery and the equipment with dimmable GMP-compliant LED lighting.

Through the interplay of innovative recirculation technology, high airtightness, and low-maintenance components, the cleanrooms are extremely safe and efficient. Wall and ceiling elements of the modular cleanroom system are connected with a patented silicone-free GMP sealing clip system, offering the advantage of flexible expansion or retrofitting options.

Each cleanroom project is planned specifically for the customer and tailored to individual production processes and spatial conditions.
