CleanBoy® – The helper in the laboratory

Extremely clean conditions are becoming increasingly important in research and production. Parts or components from mechanics, electronics, optoelectronics, medical or biotechnologies are assembled or stored with high process reliability. Custom variants tailored for problematic workplaces are also possible.

The new cleanroom workstation CleanBoy® from Spetec allows cleanroom conditions with high effectiveness to be created at any workstation with minimal investment. Additionally, Spetec supplies the complete cleanroom accessories, from cleanroom clothing to room furnishings.

Cleanroom technology aims to remove particles with a diameter of 0.12 µm and larger from a confined space, where the highest purity standards ensure a safe process flow. This is achieved with a cleanroom module from the SuSi® (Super Silent) series, which is precisely positioned above the workstation. This workstation is supplied with filtered, ultra-pure air. While typical room atmospheres contain about 9,000 to 15,000 particles, cleanroom conditions reduce this to just 3 particles per liter of air.

Using the CleanBoy® in a walk-in cleanroom creates a limited space where virtually no particles can be detected. Additionally, the use of washable reusable and disposable clothing, as well as consumables like wipes for cleanroom use, is recommended.
