CleanBoy® – Purest air in the smallest space

Extremely clean conditions are becoming increasingly important in research and production. Cleanliness in the technical sense means classified cleanroom conditions. These are needed more and more in various fields of technology, such as micro- and laser technology, but also in electronics manufacturing.

The new cleanroom workstation CleanBoy® from Spetec allows creating cleanroom conditions with high effectiveness at any workstation with minimal investment. Additionally, Spetec supplies the complete cleanroom accessories, from cleanroom clothing to room furnishings.

Cleanroom technology aims to remove particles with a diameter of 0.12 µm and larger from a confined space, where the highest purity standards ensure a safe process flow. This is achieved with a cleanroom module from the SuSi® (Super Silent) series, which is positioned directly above the workstation. This workstation is supplied with filtered, ultra-pure air. While typical room atmosphere contains about 9,000 to 15,000 particles, cleanroom conditions reduce this to just 3 particles per liter of air.

Using the CleanBoy® in a walk-in cleanroom creates a limited space where virtually no particles can be detected. Additionally, the use of washable reusable and disposable clothing, as well as consumables like cloths for cleanroom use, is recommended.
