CleanBoy® – Purest air in the smallest space

In industrial manufacturing, the food industry, refining, packaging, as well as in laboratories and research, a clean environment – free of particles and germs – is becoming increasingly important.

Especially in work areas where airborne dust particles during the processing and handling of products can lead to manufacturing errors or poor quality, resulting in financial losses, it seems necessary to set up clean rooms, which involve high costs for acquisition and maintenance.

However, it is often not necessary to establish such costly and technically complex rooms – it is often sufficient to create cleanroom conditions only for a specific part of the process.

The cleanroom technology from Spetec aims to remove particles with a diameter of 0.12 µm and larger in the tightest spaces, where the highest standards of purity must ensure a secure process flow. Spetec's mobile, ready-to-use cleanroom devices allow for use especially in the assembly or storage of dust-sensitive mechanical or electronic components in manufacturing areas of mechanics, electronics, optoelectronics, medicine, or biotechnology.

For example, the mobile cleanroom workstation CleanBoy® enables users to create cleanroom conditions with effective results in any work area with minimal investment. As a mobile version on wheels, it can even be transported within the company to various locations. Adjustments to problematic workstations are also possible.

The CleanBoy® consists of a Laminar Flow Module Series SuSi® (Super Silent) and a carrying frame made of anodized aluminum profiles. Air is drawn in from the room air through a pre-filter, filtered through a high-performance H14 filter, and laminar flow is directed over the workspace. The filter has an efficiency of 99.995%, meaning it removes at least 99.995% of all particles with a size of 0.12 µm (according to MPPS). It has an isolation factor of 10^4, which improves the air quality in the cleanroom station by at least a factor of 10,000 compared to the surrounding environment.

Thus, you work under ISO 5 cleanroom conditions on the device's work surface. This applies equally to the CleanBoy® Mini (table device) and the CleanBoy® Maxi (standing device).

Using the CleanBoys® in a large, walk-in cleanroom results in a limited space where virtually no particles can be detected. The device is available as a table model and as a standing model. It requires no installation and is operational immediately upon delivery.
