CleanBoy® – Flexible cleanroom solutions for every workplace

In research and production, clean working conditions are becoming increasingly important. Likewise, the assembly and storage of components from fields such as mechanics, electronics, optoelectronics, medicine, and biotechnology require high process safety. Additionally, solutions tailored to specific requirements at problematic workplaces are possible.

With the cleanroom workstation CleanBoy®, Spetec offers the possibility to create cleanroom conditions at almost any workstation. This is achieved with minimal investment and high efficiency. Complementing this, Spetec provides a comprehensive range of accessories – from cleanroom clothing to complete room furnishings.

The used cleanroom technology is designed to remove particles with a diameter of 0.12 µm and larger from the work area. The cleanroom module of the SuSi® (Super Silent) series, which is installed directly above the workstation, ensures continuous overpressure with filtered, ultra-clean air. While normal room air contains about 9,000 to 15,000 particles per liter, this number is reduced to just 3 particles per liter of air under cleanroom conditions.

If the CleanBoy® is used in a walk-in cleanroom, an almost particle-free area is created. For optimal operation, it is additionally recommended to wear reusable or disposable cleanroom clothing and to use suitable consumables such as special cloths.

Since humans are one of the main sources of contamination in cleanrooms, Spetec offers suitable solutions for various applications. Devices for ionization and extraction, as well as mats and furnishings for the cleanroom, can be found in the new catalog of Spetec GmbH.
