Absolutely tight, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean: The robust stainless steel connections of the INOXLINE are ideal for demanding operating conditions, as they are corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. From May 4th to 9th, 2019, Eisele will showcase its comprehensive stainless steel program for compressed air and other process media at the IFFA in Frankfurt. The current highlight is the new stainless steel pressure regulator.

Eisele offers a wide range of easy-to-clean stainless steel quick-connect fittings for compressed air, vacuum, gases, and liquids with the INOXLINE. All parts are made entirely from solid material and are durable and resistant even in harsh environments. At the trade fair, Eisele will present its latest development of the 17B program, which features an optimized sealing system for the successful INOXLINE quick-connect fittings. In combination with Viton seals, the 17B program is suitable for a variety of applications in process technology and the food industry.

The Pressure Regulator: Reliable and Compact

A complete redesign is the stainless steel pressure regulator 1.4301. It can be used as a pressure reducer for supply pressures from 2 to 10 bar and maintains the outlet pressure constantly at the desired working pressure. The screw-in connection has a control pressure range of 2 to 8 bar and can be adjusted very finely and with minimal fluctuation. Additionally, the flow-optimized pressure regulator ensures reduced oscillation behavior of the control system and impresses with minimal noise development. Thanks to the high-quality material selection, it is easy to clean. The Eisele pressure regulator is mounted with a 1/8-inch thread and can be used for water and air applications.
