Clamping brackets for all cases

Ganter expands its clamping bracket program with new elements that make fixing plant-specific components easier, more perfect, and even more flexible.

The Ganter clamping bracket program has always been designed for universal applicability, and accordingly, the individual elements are conceived to be highly versatile. The robust system enables quick, reliable, and adaptable mounting of additional components in machinery and plant construction. Classic applications include, for example, the stable fixation of sensors, whose position and detection range remain easily adjustable.

Like all standard elements in the Ganter portfolio, the clamping bracket program is continuously optimized and supplemented to enable easier, more economical, and more integrative use. While many users previously used the rotatable cross clamp GN 475 to arrange fixing rods in parallel, Ganter developed the GN 474.1 clamp holder from this observation, featuring two parallel clamping holes.

Likewise contributing to simplification are the new support rods

GN 480.3 and GN 480.5 made of stainless steel, because their bent or angled shape eliminates the elaborate combination of straight elements. The hose adapter GN 480.7 allows direct connection of hoses via its ball, and on the other side, the threaded mounting of an outlet nozzle. This ensures that lubricants, coolants, or blow-off air are transported even more effectively to the respective points of a system.

Also new in the clamp holder range: T-, foot-, and simple tab clamp holders can be assembled into freely configurable clamp holder joints using tab joint sets GN 511.1. The joint set centers and connects the two tab clamp holders so they can pivot via screw or adjustable clamp lever. But even individually, the tab clamp holders offer a variety of fastening and mounting options.

Because Ganter always keeps the user in mind, all clamp holders of the same nominal size can be mounted with the same tool; the mounting and clamping holes also have identical dimensions. This allows modifications without needing to drill new holes. Ganter goes even further with the holding magnet GN 51.6, which makes holes completely obsolete.

Integrated threads establish connections to various clamp holders — making the rubber-coated magnet ideal for temporary installations on sensitive surfaces.
